By doing deep breathing regularly in a relaxed state of the body and mind, providing of more oxygen to all the cells helps in removing pain / weakness caused by oxygen deficiency. Drinking water regularly also provides more oxygen to the cells. We blame GOD for the mental / physical pain even though it is mostly caused by human actions / reactions and neglect the simple solutions provided by the GOD to everybody as a free gift i.e. air and water. Deep Breathing can be done by watching the breath and slowly inhaling by saying SO in the mind and saying HAM while exhaling with stomach out and in movements.
Deep Breathing can be done while lying on the bed in shavasana ( with relaxed body and mind ) and while breathing in, the stomach should come out like balloon and then while breathing out, the stomach should go in. The feeling should be that we are breathing in the positive energy, nourishing the whole body and the mind and the oxygen is burning the negatives and blockages. When we become more receptive, positive energy can be received from positive people. Energy is unlimited, we should get more energy and also give energy to others. Negative energies need to be transformed in to positive energies and positive energies need to be recharged regularly. Stress and strain burden on the mind and body can be relaxed by light exercises, walk in the garden and deep sleep which is GOD given. Relaxed and purified mind and body can absorb more energy. If we always think ourselves as full of positive energy, the negative matters never matter. GOD is the source of energy and we are the conductors.
